I fit my work to meet my clients needs using various modalities of therapy including

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy: EFT is a short-term structured therapy for couples.  It is a present-focused, non-blaming, humanistic, and client-centered model.
  • Gottman: Methodology for working with couples which is a scientifically based cutting edge therapy.
  • “Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavior Therapy”: Works especially well in relieving symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Being a certified Life Coach ( along with being a Psychotherapist brings a unique and effective edge to my work. My experience in coaching creates a unique opportunity for growth and empowerment.

I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from my own personal life, being in a long term marriage and my own journey with spirituality and life.

My mindfulness based spiritual practice of many years is a huge asset that i bring to my work. It allows me to be calm and centered and creates a safe holding container for our work together.

Being a avid seeker of knowledge, I am always keeping abreast with new forms and modalities of therapy that may be useful for my clients.
